As a Senior Diary Manager, you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients who are looking to sell. These businesses could be located anywhere in the UK, across every business sector you can imagine. You will also be responsible for qualifying and making sure out outbound sales teams appointments are strong enough for the diary and will convert in to a positive agreement – so no 2 days will be the same.

Benefits:
- We will reward you with a fantastic basic salary, and uncapped commission structure. Basic salary is determined by your level of experience but ranges from £25k to £27k. On target earnings including bonus is £40k, however our commission structure is uncapped (Top earner £45k+)

Key Responsibilities include:
- Speaking and building relationships with Clients (small business owners),
- expanding on the exceptional services of Knightsbridge Commercial (warm
- inbound leads)
- Giving advice and guidance on the business sale process in a discrete and
- empathetic way
- Keeping Clients informed of any relevant completions in their sector
- Introduce, liaising (by phone) and arrange meetings with a team of
- Commercial Directors across the UK
- Working from our comprehensive inhouse CRM system
- Providing a caring, thoughtful and thorough service to Clients, working with
- pace, professionalism to provide a first class customer experience
- Working with our internal outbound sales teams to qualify their potential appointments in the diaries
- Make sure the diaries across a number of Commercial Directors are full and minimise cancellations to keep meeting levels at an acceptable number
We operate in a niche sector, so we don't expect Candidates with industry experience, all we ask is that you fit the following criteria –
- Have brilliant communication skills – able to have an open conversation with
- anyone!
- Have experience in managing diaries within an appointment setting environment for both external and internal customers
- Be working in or have experience in B2B sales
- Can build a great relationship with clients – managing what can be at times,
- very emotional, sensitive conversations, with tact, diplomacy and utter
- professionalism
- To have the ability to manage your own time and diary, working to targets and
- deadlines
- Strong literacy/numerical skills
- To have bags of energy, drive, commitment and ambition – we are always
- looking to identify future leaders!
- Organisational skills and the ability to self-manage
