Salary:£43,700 per annum
Hours:37.5 hours per week, no weekends. Fixed Term 12-month contract (maternity cover).
Location:Aspire Business Centre, Tidworth

Your Role:

To lead the People Services Team in the delivery of a comprehensive operational HR service (People Services) centered around quality of service and customer experience.
Actively champion the shared central service across the business, promoting the People Services Team as a credible one-stop shop for generalist HR advice, support, and guidance.
Lead, coach, and develop the People Services Team, and support decisions relating to talent, hiring, performance, and disciplinary matters. Actively seek opportunities to assist the team in developing their own HR competence.
Champion a strong continuous improvement culture within the People Services Team, ensuring the deployment of scalable, simplified, and standardised processes.
Act as People Service Team SME, aligning HR & People Services operations with law, regulations, and company policy.

What Were Looking For:

Qualifications:CIPD qualification to level 5.
Driving Licence:Full UK valid driving licence required.
Experience:Experienced and credible HR professional with demonstrable experience working in a shared service environment, as well as sound, proven knowledge of employment legislation and experience and working knowledge of HR systems.

Skills:Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and spoken, a practical and proactive approach with the ability to show initiative and pay attention to detail and the ability to take responsibility for successfully completing tasks to a high standard.
