SES Home Services is a sister company of SES Water and is owned by a group of external shareholders. The company was founded in 1989 after water privatisation and serves both direct customers and insurance claims. Our services include boiler servicing, repair and installations; plumbing; drainage and external service pipe laying.

Our Heating & Plumbing engineers carry out all aspects of domestic heating and plumbing related installation, maintenance and repair work to meet the needs of the company, our third-party providers and customers.
About You:
We are looking for engaged individuals who are passionate about delivering great customer service to join us on our journey and work as a Heating and Plumbing Engineer. You will have:
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent organisation skills in terms of managing time and workload
- Excellent technical knowledge of both Plumbing and Heating engineering
- Significant relevant experience within a similar role
- City and Guilds Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating or recognised equivalent
- At least 3 years post qualification experience
- Gas Safe qualified
- Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written communication are key)
The Job:
You will be responsible for carrying out servicing, breakdown and maintenance work on all types of gas boilers and heating systems. Other duties and responsibilities will include:
- Carry out Landlord gas safety inspections.
- Boiler installation works where required.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance to domestic plumbing systems where required.
- Carry out all work to the highest professional standards in compliance with all gas, water and building regulations.
- Provide and maintain all hand tools as required by your role.
- Ensure all aspect of the companies Health & Safety policy is always adopted.
- Accept responsibility for hitting all performance targets as set by your line manager.
- Ensure all paperwork including parts orders, timesheet, quotations and tablet data is kept up to date daily.

- £42000 - £45000 per annum basic salary depending upon experience
