Engineering Team Leader

This role will focus on innovating and improving repair processes, while also managing new product introduction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality, and supply chain, to ensure the seamless execution of engineering tasks from concept to deliver.

The Role

This role reports directly into the engineering director, progression to engineering manager available
Overseeing and developing product improvements
Managing a team of 2 manufacturing engineers

The Person

Team leader/supervisor experience
Knowledge and experience of both NPI/NPD
Any manufacturing background considered, previous experience in aerospace highly desirable
