You are responsible for the design, implementation, and support of LRS VPSX and MFPsecure solutions.
You will be involved in the development and execution of endpoint engineering projects.
You will develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, program logic, and flowcharts.
Your role includes the management of endpoint hardware and software lifecycle.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Managed Print Solutions meet business requirements.
You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of Managed Print processes and procedures.
You are expected to provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
You will be responsible for the resolution of complex endpoint engineering issues.
Your role includes the management of vendor relationships related to Managed Print solutions.
You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Senior Associate, End Point Engineering :

You hold a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
You have a minimum of three years of experience in endpoint engineering, IT infrastructure, or a similar role.
Proven ability to troubleshoot, follow processes, and communicate with end users.
You possess strong technical skills, with proficiency in various end point engineering tools and technologies.
Experience with virtual print software such as LRS VPSX and MFPsecure.
You have a proven track record of managing and deploying enterprise-level print solutions.
You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
You have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
You have experience working in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating your ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of people.
