What Will Be Your Day to Day Responsibilities?
We are seeking a highly organised and personable Administrator & Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to manage varying tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed (scanning, filing and photocopying)
- Using systems such as Outlook, Teams, Word
