About The RoleWe are looking for a experienced
Multi Skilled Technician with a core trade in Carpentry with a broad multi skilled abilityto join our team of talented people. Ideally you will also have FRA knowledge, or be willing to train in FRA in the future.
You will be located in the Okehampton or surrounding area to cover North Devon and will live no more than 30 minutes from the patch.
Purpose of the role:- You will provide a high quality fault fixing and maintenance service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio.
- You will be included in our out of hours service, ensuring the safety of our customers at all times.
- You will act as an ambassador for LiveWest.

About The CandidateTo be considered for the role of Multi Skilled Technician, you will:
- Have a core trade in Carpentryachieved by either a formal qualification, or qualified by experience.
- Have good generalmulti-skilled abilities.
- Have current FRA knowledge, or be willing to carry out the training
- Have a good level of literacy and numeracy.
- Be highly competent.
- Have a positive, can do attitude.
- Have exceptional customer service skills withthe ability to engage customers and communicate with them effectively and confidently.
- Ideally have experience working in customers properties.
- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence and live within 30 minutes of the patch detailed above.
