Duties as an Onsite Supervisor
Dealing with colleagues via email and face to face
Monitoring and updating computer systems accordingly
Managing site tours and inductions for new candidates
Supporting with KPI reports and updating rotas
Building relationships with the client
Other admin duties may be required.
You will be required to conduct attendance, performance, safety and conduct management with our colleagues.
Our ideal candidate as an Onsite Supervisor
- Able to get to the site. Own transport is a must due to location of the warehouse
- Ouse effective communication skills both verbally and written
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Flexible with shift days and hours
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure and able to meet very tight deadlines
- Strong level of IT, administrative and organisation skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to prioritise your own workload
- Computer literacy is essential

Your pay rate as a full time Onsite Supervisor will be£12.50 per hour
- For this role you will need to be fully flexible to work any shifts. The typical shift Patten is Sunday 8am to 4.30pm, Monday 9am to 5.30pm and Tuesday to Thursday 3pm to 11.30pm This could change due to business demand.
- You must be available any 5 days from 7 days a week Up to 40hrs a week
