We are looking for an experienced Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager to maintain and develop an outstanding portfolio of Trusts and Foundations multi-year grants, working closely with the team to identify and secure transformational funding for the RSC's work on and off-stage including capital.

Reporting to the Head of Trusts and Foundations key areas of responsibility include (please see the full job description and person specification for the comprehensive list):

- Working with the Head of Trusts and Foundations to meet income targets for Trusts and Foundations.\n
- Developing and regularly reviewing long-term strategies, with focus on six-figures+ multi-year grants.\n
- Liaising with colleagues across the RSC to identify fundable projects.\n
- Prospect research and collaboration with colleagues to identify and qualify new sources of funding.\n
- Submitting high quality, compelling, accurate applications with robust budgets.\n
- Stewarding existing supporters and building new relationships.\n
- Contributing to the US revenue target by identifying, cultivating and preparing applications to US-based grant makers.\n

To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have the following knowledge and experience:

- Demonstrable track record in securing and managing multi-year five and six-figures grants from trusts, foundations and statutory funders.\n
- The ability to write exceptional, accurate and compelling grant proposals.\n
- A track record of meeting fundraising targets and key performance indicators .\n
- Line management experience.\n
- Excellent communication and people skills.\n
- Strong relationship building skills.\n

This is a full-time, permanent position which can be based in either London or Stratford-upon-Avon, with travel between sites for events and meetings. You will be working 35 hours per week, although occasional weekend and evening work will be required. The RSC offers flexible/hybrid working.
