Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
Reconciling bank balances and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy
Support in month and year end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met
Assisting with transactional processing duties such as posting, raising invoices, credit control
Weekly external payroll payments and journals
Prepare monthly and annual ledger reconciliations
Intercompany journals and recharges
Allocation of expenses and credit cards
Any other finance administration duties as required

Skills and experience required:

Experience working in an Accounts Assistant or Purchase Ledger position
AAT Qualified (Desirable)
Problem-solving skills
Sage 50 experience (Desirable)
Excellent communication skills
