Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all components meet our stringent racing standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting components based on technical drawing specifications.
- Collaborating with the Quality Control Manager and Team Leader to maintain efficient processing and release of workload.
- Ensuring compliance with rigorous quality requirements to support our championship goals.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret engineering specifications.
- Proficiency in programming CMMs with PC-DMIS and utilising inspection arms with PolyWorks.
- Strong numerical skills and practical knowledge of standard metrology tools.
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to write concise non-conformance reports.
- A flexible, proactive problem-solving mindset and a passion for teamwork.
