This ranked, international law firm, founded over 100 years ago, has 170+ partners worldwide across. They are one of the few international law firms focused on successful individuals and private wealth, working closely with founders, investors and family offices. They advise governments, charities, global brands and start-ups of all shapes and sizes.
The firm's Real Estate Disputes team are adept at advising on commercial, residential, rural property, and non-profit deals on landmark properties and represents some of the most prominent individuals and institutions in the world.
The team's lawyers are recognised as leading individuals in the field of property litigation. They specialise in advising on complex litigation and arbitration disputes in the real estate sector. The team are also well versed in other forms of dispute resolution, including mediation. They also have a wealth of experience in dealing with a broad range of issues for landowners and occupiers, including high net worth individuals, investors, and charities, and developers, as well as advising lenders in relation to the enforcement of security over property.
They are frequently called upon to also provide strategic support on large and complex property transactions, with a view to avoiding and pre-empting disputes.
The team are now seeking to bolster their team with the addition of a Director into their London Real Estate Disputes practice. The ideal candidate will have 8-11 years' PQE in a broad range of commercial and residential property disputes gained at a top-tier City or international law firm.
