We are in the market for a Civil Engineer to join a regional civils team out of their Birmingham office.
You will be working closely with the Infrastructure Team supporting the production of engineering designs for planning applications, detailed designs and construction of drainage, highways, SUDS, and building drainage for major infrastructure and residential, retail, industrial and commercial developments.
You will be responsible for the production of drainage and levels strategies in support of planning applications (including flood risk assessment reports), as well as producing and issuing technical drawings for tender.

Civil Engineering (Infrastructure)
Transport Planning
Temporary works
Site appraisals
And more, they work on a mixture of Residential, Commercial, Leisure, and Retail projects.
The role:
You would be working on…
- Design of Drainage, Road Infrastructure, and earthworks on a wide range of projects
- Preparing drawings from concept through to construction
- Flood Risk Assessments, design of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS)
- Working with Section agreements 278,38, 104 and 185
- Working alongside and learning from senior members of the team.
Ideally you will have a relevant degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and have a passion for the Civil Engineering industry.
