Position Available: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Bedfordshire

Salary: Up to £43,000 DoE + Bonus

Experience needed: A strong background in supporting manufacturing processes and industrial validation is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience with process FMEAs, configuration control, and new product introduction, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in production

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our development and production manufacturing lines. In this role, you will translate design requirements into user instructions and contribute to developing the project's manufacturing architecture. You'll provide daily operational support to the manufacturing team and have the chance to expand your knowledge and grow your career in various areas of manufacturing.

What we need from you:

BEng in a relevant Engineering field OR NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship alongside a HNC (or equivalent)
Able to interpret Design Drawings with a view to producing Manufacturing Build Instructions
Experience with process FMEAs and manufacturing process validation.
Experience of supporting non-conformance processes
Must demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving and commitment to work to meet our delivery milestones
Must be able to work within and contribute to a team environment
