Our client is a family run, Independent small animal hospital established over 25 years ago. During that time, they have built up a strong and loyal client base and over the last few years have developed their facilities to now boast a cat specific side and a dog specific side, allowing for a better experience for both pet and owners. The practice also has exciting plans for expansion in the future and are currently waiting for a new CT scanner. They provide their own out of hour care to ensure their client continue to have the best standard of care day or night.
This role is full time, permanent, working 40hrs per week, over 4 days with inclusion of the weekend rota. Applicants will be proactive, forward thinking and enthusiastic about the industry and providing exceptional care 24/7. You will have leadership experience and be confident working sole charge and leading a team. You will ideally be full of ideas and eager to drive the business forward while maintaining the clinical highest standards day to day. In joining the team as Clinical Director, you will play a major part in providing support, encouragement and guidance to the entire team as well as mentoring individual team members.
The practice itself is based in Somerset, just 30 minutes from Bristol, with the coast just minutes away from the hospital. This location offers the perfect mix of bustling city life, picturesque countryside and stunning coast to keep you busy in your free time.
