My client, a rapdily scaling, 40+ head global recruitment brand are on the look out for a new UK & European MD to lead & spearhead growth across their London office.
In this role, you will be responsible for an initial team of 15, focusing on the below ⬇️
🟠 Headcount expansion: The board are VERY serious about growth across each of their core practices, you will have significant budget to hire (aiming for +10 by EOY)
⚪️ Contract growth: Driving the levels of contract revenue from the sales floor is a TOP priority
🟠 Business strategy: Together with the board, you will be tasked with ensuring all strategies, processes, etc are rock solid - being set up to facilitate rapid & sustainable growth is crucial
