Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager
Salary: Circa £65,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Stevenage or Bristol
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK National with British Citizenship required.

We are seeking talented Integrated Logistics Support Managers to join our Customer Support business area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our ability to support next-generation missile systems for a global customer base. What We're Looking For:
- A broad-based engineering background, with a degree-level qualification in a numerate or technical discipline being beneficial.
- Knowledge and experience of weapon systems support models.
- An understanding of predictive logistics models.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders across the business.
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
- Strategic planning capabilities for support work, from supply chain management to customer delivery.
