Salary: £25,000 - £27,500 (Depending on Experience)

Location: Thornbury / Bristol (Moving to Yate, Bristol from February 2025)

INOV8 Studios Ltd, based near Bristol, is searching for a Social Video Editor with a keen eye for engaging, social-first content. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Editing social-first content from longer-form videos, creating dynamic and engaging cuts
- Producing content for a variety of platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
- Collaborating closely with our social media manager to develop social content strategies
- Working on INOV8’s internal content, from podcast reels to challenge videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Engaging directly with clients, managing accounts during the editing process, and providing regular updates
- Delivering high-quality, performance-driven video content for both organic and paid media campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in video editing, ideally within an in-house team or freelance capacity
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-performing social video content
- Excellent understanding of current social media trends and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Creative thinker with the ability to take initiative and adapt to different client needs
- Great time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Team player with solid communication skills and a willingness to collaborate
- Basic understanding of on-set film production is a bonus
