We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Theology and Network Engagement Team. You will be working with a global team, and will be responsible for leading the team's strategy and impact work, project managing the TNE team's portfolio, facilitating learning and information management and providing administrative and operations support.
You will work in collaboration with different teams, build relationships with key company's allies, assist Tearfund's theological training and development as necessary, and gain exposure in this area of work.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Is organised, creative and relational, and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Has experience working cross-culturally and with people at all levels of an organisation
- Has strategy, impact and project management experience
- Will provide a calm, confident, and welcoming contact person for the team

Role location: This role can be based anywhere our company is registered and able to employ staff.
Contract details: This is a full time, one year fixed term maternity cover contract. Salary will depend on location and will be market related.
