You will be responsible for all administrative tasks to support staff across the business with the delivery of varied work programs to keep the region running effectively, communicating with with internal staff, third party contractors and suppliers

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for:
•Administrative support
•Database management and record keeping
•Liaising with colleagues, contractors in relation to works being carried out within the region on our network and taking a lead on customer correspondence in relation to these works, ensuring delivery of a 10 out of 10 service
•Processing purchase orders and service provider payments
•Production of documentation/work instructions
•Internal and external communications

Qualifications and Attributes
Essential Qualifications and Experience
•Minimum qualification of 5 GCSEs at grades 4/C or above OR NVQ L2
•Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
•Customer service skills
•Understanding of the power distribution network
•Experience of Oracle systems would be an advantage, but not essential as full training would be given
