As a result, an exciting & rewarding opportunity has arisen to join this reputable company for a highly motivated Sales & Business Development individual who enjoys spending time in front of customers and prospects at all levels, identifying opportunities, delivering excellent customer service, and developing Kemtile’s profile in the market.
As a Sales & Business Development individual your role will be but not limited to:
- Deliver revenue budget within assigned territory.
- Create opportunities through networking, relationship building and hard work.
- Understand customer technical requirements and specify the optimum solution.
- Develop key account relationships by delivering excellent service.
- Maximize each account’s potential by cross selling solutions and networking
- Establish and develop on-going relationships with building owners, contractors, architects & engineers.
- Understanding the different stakeholders and their involvement
- Be able to offer practical solutions to meet client needs
- Demonstrate excellent time and territory management skills to balance account management, new business development and administration

An ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experience:
- Understanding of CRM systems i.e. Salesforce
- You ask the right questions at the right time and to the right people, to influence the buying process positively and uncover the customer’s real needs.
- Ability to present information in a professional manner using a range of techniques that enthuses the customer.
- Experience of Construction sites and ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to effectively communicate and develop relationships at all levels including Architects, Engineers, Facilities Managers, Contracts/Project Managers, Company Owners, and Directors.
- Objection handling – Ability to think on their feet or apply a range of tactics to overcome customer objections throughout the whole sales process.
- Able to work under pressure & in a fast-paced environment
