Job Description: Permanent Scaffolding Estimator
Location: Orpington
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for scaffolding projects.
- Analyse blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to discuss and resolve discrepancies in cost estimates.
- Monitor and adjust project budgets as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scaffolding Estimator.
- Previous work with NASC accredited scaffold companies.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding and estimating processes.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Salary - £60-75k plus package
