As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for all day-to-day digital activities on our website and marketplaces. The role will entail creating and optimising content, managing social media, optimising existing products on the website, adding new products, and updating the product catalogue's inventory and pricing.
Responsibilities
- Optimising website content daily by improving landing pages and categories.
- Providing effective social media tactics to increase the brand visibility and online presence.
- Data formatting and processing using Microsoft Excel.
- Analyse online sales and maintain accurate product data and website content.
- Create content strategies based on competition analysis, SEO trends, and insights.
- Monitor, assess, and report on your performance.
- Utilise digital tracking tools to gain insights, performance statistics, and analysis.
- Collaborate with our team to create a cohesive digital approach.
- Understand SEO and its impact on the business.
Essential Skills
- Experience in strategic and operational SEO management and optimisation, including content, on-site, outreach, and technical SEO tactics.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Expertise in social media marketing, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong understanding of various content management systems (CMS). Preferably, experience with WordPress and BigCommerce. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- The ability to assess performance and capitalise on opportunities.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and lateral thinking.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic web development knowledge (HTML and CSS knowledge is beneficial).
- Experience with video content creation and editing.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
