Are you looking for your next career challenge that will see you lead the Global Reward function of this fantastic private equity firm? Our prestigious client an International Private equity firm are looking for a Head of Reward to work alongside the C-Suite based in London.
The role includes playing a part in shaping the reward policies of a group of portfolio companies and developing the strategy for remuneration data gathering, designing complex reward packages and presenting your findings to senior stakeholders, ensuring the reward strategies are informed by the latest market trends and regulatory requirements.
You will help the Reward function directly to attract, motivate, and retain top talent in a every evolving and competitive international arena.
The experience you would bring with you, a minimum of 10 plus years in a Global Reward and extensive experience in a FTSE 250 fast paced industry. Proven record in using renumeration data and structuring reward packages on a global remit
Experience with EU employment law and regulations along with ability to form strong business relationships at all levels of the organisation, be able to think strategically and have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Have a strong track record in driving change and delivering results in global arena.
