Innovation Controller (Marketing)

Accessible to Hertfordshire based Head Office c2days a week

c£85k + Car Allowance + Bonus + Package

They currently have a vacancy for an Innovation Controller across one of their power categories, to build a pipeline of Innovation and deliver this successfully to market

The role:

The Innovation Controller will work with brand, insights and wider business unit team to develop category innovation strategy and from this the innovation platforms for growth.
Lead innovation projects through the stage gate process, aligning up to Exec level and securing the required resource
You’ll step up to take the strategic & operational lead for key projects
Lead 3-year Innovation vision and pipeline.
Take P&L accountability on the innovation projects
Identify insights which drive concept platforms which create the opportunity areas for future initiatives.
You’ll have a direct report, who you will coach and nurture

Ideal candidate:

FMCG marketing experience with an innovation focus
Commercially orientated
Proven track record of NPD and experience of innovation methodologies
Leadership skills
Results focused

Hybrid working with 2/3 days in a Hertfordshire based office
