Join us as our Training Partner!
We are looking for a key player in our People and Culture team on a part time basis working 3 days a week. You’ll take ownership of our training, from curating content from scratch to delivering and facilitating workshops.
The Role: In this role, you’ll work closely with managers to understand training needs and put solutions in place to ensure the success of our teams.
As the Training Partner, you will:
- Complete training needs analysis across the business and develop training content
- Evaluate effectiveness of training content and provide and implement recommendations to improve our training content and collateral
- Develop learning pathways by role
- Ensure effectiveness of onboarding process and training/ learning interventions
- Act as the super user of our E-Learning Platform
We’ve found that hybrid working suits our colleague’s. Monday to Wednesday you’ll find us in our Sale office and Thursday and Friday from home, but our office is open Monday to Friday if you need it.
The Right Person: We are eager to meet candidates who can demonstrate:
- Prior experience of developing and delivering training programmes.
- Experience working in a sales environment within Training and Development, preferably in a Recruitment Agency environment.
- Strong experience of using LMS systems.
- Learning and Development project management experience.
