Senior Medical Sales / Senior Sales Manager.
Location - Company based Northern Home Counties. Office attendance as required weekly with national travel to Key Accounts and Customers.
Package – Base Salary £50-55k with Commission, Car and Package.
Company profile – Recognised as one of the preferred suppliers to GP Surgeries, PCNs, GP Federations and Integrated Care Systems nationwide this dynamic business distributes medical consumables and medical equipment, through to single-use instruments and pharmaceuticals throughout the UK.
Role –
The Senior Medical Sales / Senior Sales Manager will have direct line responsibility for the sales and customer services teams. They will be responsible for leading by example to ensure continued customer number increase and revenue growth. This will involve –
- Preparation and implementation of tactical sales plans
- Leading and motivating staff to positively drive sales performance
- Cultivating positive relationships with customer base to grow customer loyalty
- Build on existing relationships to improve share of basket and category expansion
- Provide market information on costs to improve our competitive position in the sector;
- Assess new market trends and opportunities;
- Work with marketing, e-commerce and operations colleagues to ensure an integrated approach to the market, maximising revenue growth and EBITDA
This is a hybrid role, weekly attendance to the North London / Northern Home Counties office is required as is travel throughout the UK to client sites.
