Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate NPD Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to innovative product development in the meat sector while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of new meat products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer needs.
Conduct research on ingredients, formulations, and processing methods to enhance product quality and sustainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, quality assurance, and production, to ensure successful product development and launch.
Support the preparation and execution of product trials, documenting results and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Help in the analysis of competitor products and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Participate in the creation of product specifications and support regulatory compliance for new products.
Assist in the management of project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
