Role: RTL Verification Engineer
Location: Cambridge, UK
Compensation: Up to£80,000 Gross Per Annum + Benefits

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their complex hardware designs. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing verification plans, creating test benches, and validating the functional correctness of our integrated circuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans, covering functional, performance, and power aspects of the design.
- Create and maintain high-quality test benches, including stimulus generation, response checking, and coverage analysis.
- Conduct functional verification simulations and analyze results to identify and debug design issues.
- Collaborate closely with design engineers to understand the architecture and requirements of the design.
- Develop and maintain verification environments using industry-standard verification languages and methodologies (e.g., SystemVerilog, UVM).
- Analyze coverage metrics to ensure thorough verification of the design.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of verification processes and tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital design principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in Verilog
- Experience with JesperAPP
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with formal verification techniques.
- Knowledge of hardware emulation or prototyping platforms.
- Experience with low-power design and verification.
