PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR

Location: Cheltenham

Are you an experienced Solicitor looking for a new opportunity in a Top 200 Law firm? This company is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team.

The successful candidate will join an inclusive and friendly team, working with a varied client base. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously as well as part of a team, with hot desking available for when you're in the office and the flexibility to work between home and the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED:

Administration of Estates
Drafting wills and lasting powers of Attorney
Tax planning
Providing some simple Trust advice
Working with other fee earners within the Private Client team, based at other offices
Delivering exceptional client service at all times
Maintaining and developing business/bringing on new clients

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

Demonstrable experience of working within a Private Client department, as a Trainee
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines
Ability to deliver exceptional client service at all times
