Job title: Human Factors Engineer
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £37,000-£45,000 (DOE)
Location: Plymouth
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Previous experience in the application of Human Reliability Analysis
- Relevant qualification in appropriate field
- Experience working in multi discipline teams
- Able to obtain security clearance
Ideally applicants should also have:
- Knowledge of the nuclear industry
- Knowledge of Human Factors assessment techniques (THERP, HEART etc)
Role information:
- Investigate and analyse human behaviour and performance relating to the use of nuclear systems and technologies
- Contribute to the delivery of safety case projects
- Work as part of a nuclear safety team
