What You’ll Do:
As a key member of the interior design team, you’ll work closely with the Head of Interior Design to shape and expand the department, currently a talented group of three. If you're passionate about luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects, and you're eager to make a real impact, this is your chance. Whether you’re a middleweight designer ready to step up to a senior role, or a senior designer seeking to push boundaries, lead projects, and mentor juniors, this role is made for you.

The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of post-qualified experience in the UK, ideally with all-around experience in luxury hospitality and residential projects.
- Proven expertise across all RIBA stages, with experience on high-end, 5-star (and above) hospitality developments.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in luxury materials and design innovations within the hospitality sector.
- A strong creative mind with the ability to contribute fresh ideas and align them with brand and design strategies.
- Comfortable leading client and consultant meetings, with excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas effectively.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with strong space planning and technical knowledge.
- Sociable, team-oriented, and someone who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Ambitious, with a “can-do” attitude and a desire to grow, lead, and innovate.
