Job Title: Senior Family Solicitor
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Hours: Full Time, flexible hours available

I’ve partnered with a specialist litigation firm based in Sutton Coldfield who are looking to bring in an experienced Family Solicitor You’ll have the chance to lead complex transactions, manage a team, and build strong relationships with clients. You’ll be responsible for handling high-level private family law cases involving divorces, child custody disputes, prenuptial agreements, and financial settlements. As a leading member of the team, you’ll play a vital role in driving the growth of the family department whilst developing their client connections.
Duties:
-Manage a caseload of Private Family Law matters primarily consisting of Divorce, Financial
and some Child arrangements.
-Grow the department. Expand. You will have both secretarial and administration support to
allowing you to focus on this.
-No Legal Aid work, all Private.
-The firm already has existing clients but they would like someone to build on this
Experience Required:
-8PQE+ Qualified solicitor or equivalent.
-Ability to run a department and have plans on how to expand and grow this further.
-Experience managing a department or growing a department is desirable but not essential.

career.
