This Client Success Manager will manage client relationships, understand their recruitment needs, and help connect them with top talent. You’ll play a pivotal part in driving business growth while delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as the primary contact.
Understanding Client Requirements: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and specific job roles.
Candidate Sourcing and Placement: Collaborate with recruitment teams to find, vet, and place suitable candidates.
Contract Negotiation: Handle contract terms, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both clients and candidates.
Client Retention and Growth: Focus on client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends to offer strategic insights to clients.
Problem-Solving: Addressing client concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
Reporting: Providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on account performance and strategy.
Candidate Shortlisting: Work with the recruitment team, interview, and shortlist candidates, presenting those suitable to the client
Negotiation & Onboarding: Assist with salary negotiations, offer management, facilitating the onboarding process for candidates.
Performance Monitoring: Ensure the candidate’s performance aligns with client expectations post-placement and offer support where necessary.
Client Retention & Development: Continuously assess the client’s future hiring needs, fostering long-term partnerships by anticipating staffing requirements.
The purpose of this Client Success Manager is to maintain and grow relationships with clients. This includes acting as the main point of contact for client communication, understanding client needs, and ensuring services or products are delivered effectively. The role also focuses on identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, driving client satisfaction, and meeting sales targets to support business growth.
A proven track record in sales, and highly organised, with a focus on implementing and maintaining structured processes to streamline operations and achieve business goals. You will be managing financial aspects of client accounts, including issuing, tracking invoices.
