In this role, you will support the QHSE team in maintaining and improving our QHSE systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating QHSE documentation, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, and incident reports.
- Support the QHSE team in conducting internal audits and site inspections to ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Help monitor and track QHSE performance indicators and produce regular reports.
- Provide administrative support for QHSE meetings, training sessions, and audits.
- Help maintain QHSE management systems, ensuring they remain compliant with legal and industry standards.
- Contribute to the promotion of health, safety, and environmental best practices across all departments.
- Keep up-to-date with QHSE regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar QHSE support role is advantageous but not required; fresh graduates with relevant academic experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of QHSE standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to learn and develop in the QHSE field.
