As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic Head of Paid Social to join our team and lead the growth of our paid social division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and lead the paid social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, tailored to a diverse range of clients, primarily in eCommerce and retail.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of paid social specialists, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and professional development.
- Campaign Management:
- Oversee the execution and optimization of campaigns to ensure they meet or exceed key performance metrics (KPIs), such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, and more.
- Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic guidance on how paid social can support their goals.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and report regularly to both clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure that campaign results are driving business growth.
- Cross-Channel Integration:
- Collaborate with other departments, including SEO, PPC, and content teams, to ensure seamless cross-channel integration and holistic digital marketing strategies.
- Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and platform updates in the paid social space. Identify opportunities for new platform tests and innovative approaches that deliver results.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a paid social role, preferably in a digital agency setting, with a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns for eCommerce and retail clients.
- Leadership:
- Demonstrated experience in managing and growing a team, with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of key social platforms, ad formats, and targeting strategies. Expertise in tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools is essential.
- Data-Driven Mindset:
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and performance marketing. You should be comfortable making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve client results.
- Client-Facing Skills:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to explain complex strategies and performance insights in a way that’s accessible to clients.
- Adaptability:
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple client projects with varying objectives simultaneously.
