We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Process Analyst to support and lead initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and reducing waste across operations, specifically within pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or distribution centre. This role requires a strategic mindset and practical problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects with a focus on efficiency, waste reduction, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality assurance, and supply chain.
- Conduct process mapping, value stream analysis, and root cause analysis to identify improvement areas.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and enhance performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project progress to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Train and coach employees in continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma tools.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and quality standards within pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution environments.

Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process optimization roles.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or distribution centers is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical sector (e.g., GMP, FDA).
Certifications:
- Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma is required. Black Belt is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
