Job Description

· New UK project for Global company in Energy and Power Distribution

· Engineering Leader to drive success

· Face of the company in the UK managing Operations

My client specialises in providing comprehensive services in energy and power, through the construction of electrical infrastructure. With a strong focus on engineering and technical services, they deliver solutions that position themselves as a global key player in the Energy, Power & Utility industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage UK engineering processes to optimise project delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams and sub-contractors for project success.
Monitor fieldwork and ensure timely project completion.
Build and maintain client relationships within the industry.
Drive profitability with strong P&L oversight.
Provide technical guidance and participate in board-level discussions.

Key Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally within Energy/Power Distribution.
Extensive experience in electrical infrastructure construction.
Proven leadership in an operational management/director role.
Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.

What We Offer:

Salary up to £95,000 (DOE).
