Job Title: Senior Content Producer
Location: Manchester City Centre
Reports to: Head of Marketing
The Role
The Senior Content Producer will develop innovative content ideas aligned with our brand and objectives. The role will consist of creating and pitching new video and podcast formats on law related topics and community outreach, staying current with digital media trends and creating content that stands out. The ideal candidate will prioritise creativity and originality, take creative risks and produce captivating content for our internal and external channels.
Additionally, we are looking for a candidate who has the creative skills to facilitate content creation; creating engaging social media posts, video production (filming, editing, lighting and sound) and crafting compelling copy for our platforms. Collaboration with the wider business to develop unique visual storytelling techniques and experimenting with content formats are key responsibilities.
We are also looking for a candidate with good on screen presence to effectively interview people, host various content formats and engage in discussions with peer groups, to help create engaging and relatable content for our audience.
Responsibilities

- Create and generate new ideas for video and podcast formats

- Create engaging and shareable social media posts
- Design visually appealing graphics and short-form videos for LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels.
- Craft compelling copy and captions that capture the audience's attention and drive engagement, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop creative campaigns around legal topics and community initiatives.
- Test and implement new content formats and strategies to improve audience reach and engagement on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Utilise analytics and feedback to refine and optimise content performance.
- Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within the team, encouraging innovative approaches to content creation.
What we're looking for
- Experience in working for a business that produces brand videos and film content.
- Creative storyteller with written and visual communication skills, able to draft a range of engaging content.
- Experience in producing a variety of content creation, including video production (filming, editing, lighting and sound).
- Excellent listening skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Great attention to detail.
- Outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills and thrives on meeting exacting deadlines and delivering exceptional service to internal clients.
- Be able to maintain a positive and cheerful demeanour to building excellent working relationships.
