Job Description

Our client is a leading reseller of fuel cards in the UK, providing exceptional fleet management solutions designed to help businesses operate their vehicle fleets more efficiently. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts and re-engaging lapsed customers.

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 plus £12,000 OTE

What you’ll be doing:

Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to enhance operational efficiency.
Reconnect with lapsed customers to win back their business.
Develop strong customer relationships to maximise benefits for both clients and the company.
Promote and establish service level agreements and additional products/services where applicable.
Ensure new accounts receive all necessary information promptly and efficiently.
Present and sell the company’s products and services to current and prospective customers.
Ensure timely follow-up on all contacts and maintain a high level of customer engagement.
Manage workload effectively, prioritising tasks to optimise time management.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts in a professional manner.
Achieve all key performance indicators on a daily and weekly basis.
Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure optimal utilisation of fuel cards.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer account activities and timely actions taken.
