The Management Accountant is tasked with creating, upholding, and delivering comprehensive analysis reports. They will be responsible for a mixed portfolio of properties, including Industrial, Retail, and Residential sectors.
The ideal candidate will have experience in liaising and communicating with senior management and people from a non-finance background.
This is a permanent position with a competitive salary!

Key responsibilities:
- Generate monthly P&L and variance reports with analysis.
- Ensure accurate monthly financial reporting through journal reviews.
- Analyse performance indicators and variances.
- Oversee service charge recovery and clarify discrepancies.
- Manage tenant cost recharging processes.
- Collaborate on quarterly performance reports and P&L forecasts.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
- Highly numerate and analytical with the ability to gather, manipulate and present large quantities of data effectively.

Qualifications
- Part qualified / studying accountant ACCA/CIMA/ACA
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Math (or equivalent).
