Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Producer to manage multiple video production projects across a variety of formats, including 2D, 3D, remote shoots, events, drones, and VP content. The Producer will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of production, liaising between internal teams, external creative partners, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. You will serve as the go-to person for production, providing clear briefings, updates, and solutions, while also supporting junior team members and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, covering all types of content, such as 2D, 3D animation, remote shoots, events, drones, and VP.Constantly liaise with creative and production partners to stay up to date on the progress of each project, flagging any concerns or issues to the Client Service Manager (CSM) and providing suggested solutions.Serve as the primary contact for all aspects of production, ensuring accurate briefings and that all relevant project information is readily available to all parties.Regularly share clear and thorough updates and reports with CSMs to keep the project on track.Act as the day-to-day communicator with relevant teams and clients to deliver projects on time, on brief, and within budget.Oversee and manage the quality of deliverables, tracking production costs to meet project margin targets.Ensure projects are completed within the target time frame of 60 days on average.Budget projects for key accounts when required.Use internal products and processes to deliver a first-class service, reporting directly to Senior and Executive Producers.Be a role model for junior team members by demonstrating best practices in production management.
