We're looking for a Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our Corporate Estates Facilities Management team based across sites in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
\n\n
What will you be responsible for?
\n
As a Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working within the Facilities team, supporting them in Planned and Reactive Maintenance across the Client estate.
\n
Your day to day will include:
\n
- \n
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities across numerous sites\n
- Identifying and reporting with immediate effect any statutory or critical plant failures that will give rise to
a health and safety risk to building occupants, visitors or general members of the public to the
Manager.\n - Supervising and assisting M&E sub contract labour wherever required.\n
- Carrying out building inspections and report damages/faults\n
\n\n
What are we looking for?
\n
This role of Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer is great for you if:
\n
- \n
- Commercial Multi Skilled Maintenance experience – specifically within mechanical, fabric and
electrical\n - Good customer liaison skills\n
- Experience of reactive maintenance/breakdowns with relevant experience of working in a large multi
building site preferably in a commercial environment\n - Have your 18th Edition and 2391 certs\n
- HVAC & FGas quals would be beneficial\n
