We're working a well-established regional law firm who are looking for a Conveyancing Secretary to support their busy conveyancing team. Based in their office in Great Baddow, just outside of Chelmsford, you’ll be supporting solicitors and fee earners with a number of secretarial duties. This role is perfect for a candidate who is looking to gain experience in a busy conveyancing department.

Responsibilities include:

Support fee earners with diary management.
Book appointments.
Liaise with clients face-to-face and via telephone.
Audio typing.
Provide administrative support including typing and preparing documentation.

What we need from you:

Strong attention to detail.
12 months experience in Conveyancing.
Ability to be organised & take initiative.
