Business Information Analyst
Role: Full-time, 12-month fixed term contract
Location: Stockley Park, Uxbridge

The Role:
We are looking for a meticulous and dynamic Business Information Analyst to utilise, interpret and present our commercial business information / data to support functions across the business. You’ll monitor customer order levels, manage product pricing and promotion information and track departmental performance activity. Completing regular reports for different departments (e.g. sales performance analyses and new product or commercial trackers), you’ll extract the relevant information from the system and using Microsoft Excel and Power BI you’ll manipulate and segment the data to produce clear and actionable material. To ensure the integrity of our data, you’ll cross-reference and match our CRM information with other business systems for accuracy, and input or alter any new data appropriately to maintain our governance and compliance requirements.
In this fast-paced business critical role, you’ll act as the point of contact for queries, liaising with stakeholders across the organisation (including the sales, marketing and CRM teams) to ascertain the right information to answer ad hoc questions or solve problems, often managing conflicting priorities to meet deadlines appropriately.
The Person:
- Experience in a similar data-led / analytical role with a solid transferable skillset from a previous role and a keenness to learn will be equally valuable.
- Experience using CRM systems and familiarity with the sales process or financial terms would be useful.
- Advanced Excel skills is essential (e.g. v-lookups, pivot tables, index matching).
- Experience with Power BI
- Highly numerate, well organised and possess good administration skills.
- Used to working in busy work environments, with the ability to prioritise your own workload and remain calm, positive and pragmatic, even under pressure.
- A conscientious team player, engaging, friendly and approachable, but able to uphold professional boundaries appropriately, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
