Role Description:
- Support Business Unit Directors in achieving business objectives.
- Engage with customers to build, maintain, and grow relationships.
- Ensure project and program management deliverables meet customer requirements.
- Lead teams to provide high-quality services following business procedures.
- Administer contracts as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, or Project Manager.
- Mentor and coach employees to help them reach their full potential.
- Prepare bids for services and manage profitable service delivery.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to drive growth.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience at the Associate Director level.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical solutions.
- Proven project management experience within the construction industry, particularly in a consultancy setting and health sector.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction/Project Management or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Hands-on approach, ready to lead by example and actively contribute to project success.
- Experience in construction development with a deep understanding of industry practices.
- Ambitious mindset with a proven track record of driving successful project outcomes..
