Elevation Recruitment Group are extremely happy to be exclusively partnered with a global manufacturer to recruit a Manufacturing Manager to join their facility in Scunthorpe.

£60,000 - £70,000

+ car allowance

+ bonus

The Manufacturing Manager will focus on managing resources efficiently, improving operational processes, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This person will be a key player in driving operational excellence, ensuring overall plant efficiency and promoting and implementing a strong lean culture.

Ideally our client are looking for an experience Manager with the following skills and experience:

Experience managing teams in a high volume manufacturing environment
Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams, with strong people management skills
Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills, with a hands-on approach to solving production-related challenges
