We are looking for a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join a reputable Partner in central London.
This position involves general administrative work including, but not limited to, file opening, companies house applications, land registry applications, liaising with clients, producing client care letters, engagement letters and much more.
The ideal candidate will be a recent LPC graduate with a minimum 2.1 classification, passion for law and progressing their career alongside a reputable partner.
This position offers an excellent foundation for junior lawyers starting out their legal career.
Responsibilities:
- General administration and support
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Making effective use of information and case management/filing systems (whether electronic or hard copy), including storing and retrieving information
- Assisting with file opening and the financial management of matters
- Taking detailed instructions from fee earners and providing regular updates on progress
- Interacting with clients directly, under supervision
- Managing case timelines and key deadlines
What we're looking for

- Diligent and hard-working
- Strong attention to detail
- You will be able to work independently and manage your time effectively in order to hit deadlines
- You will be a team player and be willing to help colleagues appropriately
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is required
- You will have a strong academic background and a degree in law or completion of the law conversion course
