Practice Manager (Financial Services)
Location: Surrey based remote (for occasional meetings)
Salary: Up to £40,000, depending on experience
Working as part of the team at an Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Plc.
An outstanding new opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager within a highly successful SJP Partner Practice. You will be managing the operational needs of this busy practice.
The Role: Practice Manager (Financial Services)
- Reporting to the Partner, as Practice Manager you will manage all operational aspects of the Practice on a daily basis
- This will include a review of current processes and where appropriate introducing change within the business
- Providing outstanding client service will be of upmost importance to you. As a leader you will inspire others to do the same
- You will be responsible for managing, developing, and training all employed staff in the areas of: Finance, IT, Marketing, HR, Projects, Admin and PAs
- You will be managing an HR system and providing Management Information to colleagues.
There is scope for this role to progress within the business.
The Person: Practice Manager (Financial Services)
- You will have previous experience in a similar role within an SJP Practice environment
- You will have experience of managing and developing others and will be able to demonstrate this at interview
- You will have a good understanding of how you can add value to this business, and you enjoy working as part of a team
- You have some HR experience
- You are used to using IT systems and may have used Salesforce
- You will be a confident professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others. You have common sense, influencing skills and enjoy problem solving
- You are looking to progress your career.
