Job Description

Residential Surveyor

The Role

Our client is an extremely exciting business in the real estate and surveying space. Offering a wide range of home move services, they have gone from strength to strength and are now looking to expand their team even further and are hiring a Residential Surveyor.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

Expectations are to carry out two Level 2 surveys per day or one Level 3 survey per day
Lender work is not expected

🌟 Required Skills and Qualifications

AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS Qualified with VRS (1 year PQE minimum)
Must have solid Level 2 Building Pathology and Residential Valuation experience (Level 3 support will be provided)
Sufficient experience to fee earn immediately without Home Survey training

📦 The Package

Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000
Bonus of between £3,000 and £9,000 (depending on billing)
Car allowance of £4,000 (plus mileage)
Referral fee scheme
